Let me teach you how to have a LOT more energy, and become healthier and happier!

I am a Chef, Nutrition Coach and author of two books.  I healed completely twenty three years ago from spastic colitis, Méniere's Disease, chronic ear infections, 3 bouts with anti-biotic resistant pneumonia, arthritis, hearing loss from those infections, systemic yeast, low energy..I was a mess.   But I had started studying health and nutrition when I was 21.  I finally, at 36 years old, found out I was seriously intolerant to gluten, allergic to dairy and soy. I also learned that ALL humans are intolerant to those foods.  They are not our natural foods!

Dairy, Grains and processed foods are not good for you.  You need real foods, not “products”.

Americans are malnourished. 68% of Americans ore overweight. Being overweight means you are eating a diet that is not meeting your nutrient needs. People are scared to eat anymore!  People comment to me all the time that I must eat like a bird!  I always laugh, because I eat 2000 to 2400 calories a day! And so should you...

Let’s compare a common (and so-called healthy) breakfast food to another choice one could have, and then compare that to a healthy breakfast.  Breakfast should provide you with a third of the calories and nutrients you need for the whole day.  This also gives you plenty of calories for energy.

Take a look at the nutrient level on oatmeal, there are no vitamins and minerals!!

We need 2000 calories a day. 40% should be from fat, 75% of that fat should be saturated fat from organic sources.  30% of you calories should be from protein, 30% from carbs.  NOT empty carbs, carbs packed with vitamin and minerals. In other words, fruits and vegetables.

The average food diary I see from most women averages 1100 calories a day.  This is not enough calories or nutrients to achieve perfect health or have enough energy!  We have become a nation of people afraid to eat. We need healthy saturated fats and high quality protein (organic eggs, beef, bison, coconut oil, butter, meat stocks).
